How can I contact you?

I can be contacted on 07394 984083 or emailed at office@therapeuticcamper.com. It can be hard to know what to say, so just ask for an initial consultation.

What happens after I contact you?

You will receive an email or text/whatsapp within 48 hours asking for your availability and telephone number to arrange a 15 minute consultation. This is to explore what is happening for you, if you feel you would like me to be your therapist, plus working out the logistics, place, time, date etc and what works for you. Therapy is all about you!

How do I pay?

If you decide to go ahead, payment is £55.00 by BACS, 48 hours ahead of our session. This secures your booking and gives you confidence your session is booked.

An email session is £45.00 by BACS and after the initial introduction, payment secures your emailed response.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, cancellations are full fee with less than 48 hours notice. I understand life happens sometimes and will always try to accommodate this and rearrange where possible.

Can I book your therapy dog?

Yes, he can be booked in advance. Not everyone likes dogs, so he will only be included on your request.

Is there a toilet on site?

Yes, you need to walk through a side door to access the Pod and the toilet is here. This part is locked off from the rest of our house to maintain your confidentiality. 

What made you choose to become a counsellor?

It was a mixture of lived experiences and I used to work in a school, where comments of "You should be a counsellor." were regularly received. Then my friend Kerry https://www.kerrylowcareers.co.uk/ gave me all the relevant information to train, so I felt like the universe had talked to me and it was time to listen to it. I love what I do and feel priviledged that my client's can share their world with me.
